Textbook Loan Program for Non-Public School Students (Warwick Residents Only)
Warwick residents with children in non-public schools may request the loan of Math, Science, Foreign Language, English/Language Arts, and History/Social Studies textbooks (Grades Kâ12) from the RIDE State Approved Textbook List.
Book Returns
Return borrowed books June 9â27, 2025, between 8:00 AM â 3:00 PM.
Location: 2nd Floor, Warwick Public Schools Administration Building (69 Draper Ave).
Leave books bundled (in a bag or with an elastic band) on the tables outside Rooms 211 & 213.
All previously borrowed books must be returned (with barcode intact), or paid for if lost/damaged, before new requests are processed.
How to Order
Deadline: Submit textbook requests by July 1, 2025.
Submission: Use the Google Form link below (one form per student).
Requirements: Include title, author, publisher, copyright year, and ISBN.
Note: Late orders may not arrive before school starts. No reimbursement for privately purchased books.

Book Pickup
You will receive an email when your textbooks are ready. Pick up at the same location as returns (2nd Floor Hallway, Admin Building).
Note: Students at Bay View, Bishop Hendricken, Immaculate Conception, La Salle, Our Lady of Mercy, St. Joseph, St. Kevin, St. Peter, or St. Rose receives textbooks directly from their schools. Please do not fill out a request for these schools.
