ASPEN AND ONLINE REGISTRATION WILL BE UNAVAILABLE TO ALL USERS ALL DAY MONDAY JULY 29th THROUGH POSSIBLY WEDNESDAY JULY 31st.
Our Warwick Public Schools district consists of the Warwick Early Childhood Center at John Brown Francis, thirteen Elementary Schools, two Middle Schools, two High Schools, and the Warwick Area Career and Technical Center. In most cases the school a child will attend is decided by the child’s home address.

If you are registering your new student for Kindergarten, they must have turned 5 years old on or before September 1st 2024. (Born on or before Sept 1, 2019.) 2024-25 Online Registration for students of all grades is also open as of Tuesday January 16th, 2024.
You can begin the online pre-registration process on a computer by clicking here and selecting Request an account (switch to “desktop view” if on a phone or tablet, but we strongly recommend using a Chromebook or desktop computer to use the Online Registration process!) *Only Request a new account if you do not already have an Aspen Family Portal LoginID! Your existing account can be used if you already have children in the district!
At the end of the online registration, you will select a tele-appointment slot. Central Registration staff will call you at the selected time and go over the registration information. In most cases, families do not need to show up in person!
*Current Warwick PK students already attending WELC or Oakland Beach: You can submit updated proof of residency and required K immunization forms to Central Registration, without going through the entire Online Registration process that you've already done for PK! See the Required Documents section to the right of this screen.

*** Preschool @WELC Community Partner Lottery for 2024-2025 is now OPEN! ***
Warwick Early Learning Center (WELC) Lottery has CLOSED for the 24-25 school year. The Lottery Form closed on April 19, 2024.
Since the Lottery is closed, WELC staff created a digital draw to identify students for enrollment eligibility. Families were contacted the week of 4/22/24 to begin the registration process with Warwick Public Schools. We will do our best to honor family preferences regarding enrollment, however, full-time spaces are limited. Central Registration services are available during the summer months between the hours of 7:30am and 2:30pm, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. We will be closed for the July 4th and August 12th holidays, and a few days during July and August (TBD) for a physical office move, system maintenance, and new-year procedures.
Between July 22nd and approximately August 1st (TBD), Central Registration is located in the Gorton Administration Building Library!
