If you still see a message that your Account has Expired after 3:30pm Friday August 23rd, 2024, please contact your child's school during school hours! They will submit a tech support ticket to get the issue resolved by the next business day!

Juneteenth Day, Thursday June 19th, 2025 > All WPS Schools and Offices are CLOSED

RI-only Victory Day, Monday August 11th, 2025 > All WPS Schools and Offices are CLOSED
Note that throughout the summer months, the Student Registration Office may occasionally be closed unexpectedly. If you need to use our computer kiosks, please call the office ahead, to be sure we can accommodate you!
Also, Middle and High School Offices are open with limited staffing during the summer, but can assist you with Portal questions etc. Elementary Schools are completely Closed during the summer months, but will be staffed in the offices in mid-August.

During the school year, if you're having trouble getting into Aspen (username/password/invalid login, etc), and can't use the password self-reset option, OR you are having other issues with the system, PLEASE CONTACT YOUR SCHOOL FIRST! If they're unable to help you, they'll contact Support for you!
(Please do not call the Superintendent's office or the Technology Department directly for Family Portal support. If your school office cannot help you, they will contact Support for you, and follow up with you once the issue is resolved. Thank you!)

Click the school name below to request an account and
password for the WPS Family Portal, if you don't already have one. Primary Contact's accounts are created automatically at time of Registration. Additional accounts must be set up on request in writing.

as well as your own name, so we can be sure we are creating the account with the correct student links.
