If you still see a message that your Account has Expired after 3:30pm Friday August 23rd, please contact your child's school during school hours! They will submit a tech support ticket to get the issue resolved by the next business day!

During the school year, if you're having trouble getting into Aspen (username/password/invalid login, etc), and can't use the password self-reset option, PLEASE CONTACT YOUR SCHOOL FIRST! If they're unable to help you, they'll contact Support for you.

(Please do not call the Superintendent's office or the Technology Department directly for Family Portal support. If your school office cannot help you, they will contact Support for you, and follow up with you once the issue is resolved. Thank you!)

Support Requests by School

  • Click the school name below to request an account and

    password for the WPS Family Portal, if you don't already have one. Primary Contact's accounts are created automatically at time of Registration. Additional accounts must be set up on request in writing.

  • Please provide your child/children’s name in the message

    as well as your own name, so we can be sure we are creating the account with the correct student links.
