The Warwick Public Schools Transportation Department is instituting a new procedure for ALL Non-Public and OOD CTC Programs qualified riders requesting transportation.

You must be farther than the walking distance to be eligible to ride.

Failure to complete the form by the date provided in the form will result in a delay in transportation of up to 2 weeks after school starts. Families will be responsible for transportation to and from school until arrangements are made by the Transportation Department.
