Warwick Early Learning Center at John Brown Francis

Warwick Early Learning Center (WELC) Lottery for the 26/27 school year is now open. The WELC Lottery Form will close on April 19, 2026. Once the Lottery is closed, WELC staff will create a digital draw to randomly select students for enrollment eligibility. Families will be contacted in May with a placement option and information to begin the registration process with Warwick Public Schools.
