The Warwick Area Career and Technical Center (WACTC) joins with all schools across Warwick the week of March 2-6, 2026 by highlighting the importance of inclusive and nurturing educational environments.
For a 2nd year in a row, "Inclusive Schools Week" is an opportunity for Warwick Schools to honor the diverse backgrounds and experiences of students, educators, and families. From classroom activities to school and community events, we'll highlight the importance of fostering inclusive environments where every voice is heard, valued, and respected.
All across the district, students, faculty, and staff members at each school are invited to join the festivities outlined below:
Monday, March 2: "Hats ON for Inclusion" - All are welcome to wear a hat to show support for inclusion.
Tuesday, March 3: "Be Unique" - Stand out with mismatched, tie-dye, or unique socks and colors.
Wednesday, March 4: "Warwick Schools Pride to Pledge" - Wear Warwick gear or unified club gear in support of unity.
Thursday, March 5: "Be part of a team" - Don your favorite team gear today to promote teamwork.
Friday, March 6: "Pajama Day" - Get cozy with inclusion and wear your pajamas.
Students are reminded that any attire worn should be school-appropriate and allow for safe participation within CTE industry standards.
