Welcome to the Fall Edition of the Toll Gate Times! 
Hello Toll Gate family! As the leaves turn brilliant shades of orange and gold, we’re excited to share all the fantastic happenings around our school. Fall is in full swing, and so is the energy here at Toll Gate High! From spirited events to upcoming celebrations, there’s so much to be thankful for this season. Let’s dive into what’s been buzzing and what’s just around the corner!
Last Month Highlights
October was packed with excitement! We kicked off with Picture Day, capturing those smiles to remember. Spirit Week brought out the school pride with colorful themes and enthusiastic participation. Our Homecoming football game was a thrilling showdown, followed by a night to remember at the Homecoming Dance. The Pep Rally had everyone cheering loud and proud! Meanwhile, our PTSO and School Improvement meetings kept us focused on making Toll Gate even better. We also gathered valuable insights from the Social Emotional survey to support our students’ well-being. Sports teams have been charging ahead, with many making it to the playoffs — go Titans!
What’s Coming Up This Month
November is shaping up to be just as exciting! The first quarter wraps up on November 4th — a great time to check in on progress and set goals for the rest of the year. On November 10th, we honor our heroes with the Veterans Walk, followed by a day off on November 11th for Veterans Day. Don’t miss the Faculty vs. Student Volleyball Game on November 20th at 6 PM — it’s always a fun, spirited event! Thanksgiving Break is just around the corner, from November 26th to 28th, giving everyone a well-deserved rest. And mark your calendars for the Thanksgiving Football game on November 27th at 10 AM at Vets Field, where we’ll face off against our cross-town rivals, Pilgrim. Let’s bring that Titan spirit to the field!
Things to Remember
As we move through this busy season, please remember to encourage students to finish strong before quarter one ends. Keep an eye on upcoming events and support our athletes and participants in the volleyball game and Thanksgiving football game. Also, take a moment to review the Social Emotional survey results to better understand and assist our students’ needs. Lastly, enjoy the fall vibes and keep spreading that positive Toll Gate spirit!
