As a parent, you are your child's first and most important teacher. Parents as Teachers can help you lay a strong foundation for your child's future success in school.

The Warwick School Department is offering this program free of charge to parents of children birth to age 3. Participating families are also invited to continue after age 3, in our 3-K program, which provides services until age 5, or school entry.

PAT Families Receive:

Personal Visits

Personalized home visits by a certified parent educator, eager to help you give your child a great start

Group Meetings

Monthly play activities for parents and children, and informational meetings for parents

Screenings

Periodic screenings to help you assess your child's overall development

Connections to Community Resources

Gain information about the many resources available to your family
