A Message From Ms. Caporelli
“Change the way you look at things and the things you look at change." Wayne Dyer
Despite the budget talks, discussion about restructuring, our conversations about how that may change our future as an educational community remain focused on creating a positive learning environment for our students.
Our first and foremost goal for the new year is to support our collaborative efforts to develop critical thinkers with the skills to face any challenge. We are fortunate that our community is made up of knowledgeable and caring individuals committed to doing "whatever it takes" to foster that for our students.
Our efforts are expanding beyond the Literacy and Numeracy Programs to include the Applied Arts and Technology classes to highlight our student talents as well as to expose them to a variety of opportunities for success.
Any ideas, concerns or suggestions? Please feel free to contact me via email.
Thank you. Because at Gorton Junior High School, we are creating a culture of excellence!
