7th Grade Spanish: Mrs. James Students are working on their "Libros de Alfabeto" (Alphabet Books). We will then move on to studying the culture of Hispanic countries and basic Spanish vocabulary. |

8th Grade Spanish: Mrs. Walsh 8th grade Spanish is off to a great start. we are reviewing and will will continue to review for 1st quarter to transition from 7th grade into 8th grade Spanish. All students have chosen a Spanish name, and they are enjoying using them throughout class. we will also be studying various aspects of Spanish culture, and the 1st topic will be the "Day of the Dead", which happens at the end of October. I look forward to a great year!

7th & 8th Grade French: Mrs. Jackson All French classes are off to a great start. Seventh graders are learning new phrases and have mastered the French alphabet. Beginning in September, they have started to writing a book in French! They will each complete an alphabet book speaking French regularly and have been working on a few projects: ******************* Eighth Graders are reviewing to refresh their memories and are gearing up for a great and exciting year!
Other News: French Club will begin in September Quebec Trip is planned for April 2009
